The opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, organised Account Executive to join our Client Services team and get stuck into some brilliant client work. This is an early-career role for someone with up to around six months of marketing, agency, internship or placement experience who wants to learn how great integrated campaigns come together, and play a real part in making them happen.

You'll work closely with Account Managers and senior colleagues to keep client projects on track, pull together work from our specialist teams and build confident day-to-day relationships with clients. You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll support you to learn loads, bring your ideas to the table and make a genuine impact from the start.

About BWP

BWP is a strategic creative agency built for commercial performance. Commercially sharp and creatively confident, we bring strategy, creative, PR, social and media together to get clients noticed, and to make work that works hard for them.

Our award-winning work helps destinations and brands attract more people, create better experiences and grow. Our clients include shopping centres, retail destinations, and leisure and lifestyle brands such as Trafford Centre, Lakeside, Eldon Square and Braehead.

What you'll get stuck into

  • Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and day-to-day client activity.
  • Keeping project plans, action lists, timelines and trackers up to date, so work stays organised and deadlines are clear to everyone.
  • Coordinating work between Client Services, Creative, PR, Media and our other teams, with guidance from your Account Manager.
  • Joining client calls and meetings, capturing clear actions and following up on next steps.
  • Keeping your manager and colleagues in the loop, flagging risks or changes early so the team stays ahead.
  • Building positive, professional relationships with client contacts and colleagues.
  • Helping to prepare briefs, status updates, research and campaign reports with the account team.
  • Proofreading and checking details, timings and deliverables before anything goes out.
  • Staying on top of admin: organised files, supplier information, and accurate timesheets submitted on time.
  • Bringing curiosity and fresh ideas to research, brainstorms, industry news and new tools that help the team work smarter.

What we're looking for

We're most interested in your potential, your attitude and your appetite to learn. You'll need:

  • A genuine interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in client services.
  • Up to around six months of relevant experience, whether from an agency, an in-house marketing team, an internship, a placement, a part-time role or similar. We welcome people at the very start of their career.
  • A highly organised approach, with the ability to juggle several tasks or projects and keep track of deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset: you take ownership, keep people informed and ask for help or raise issues when you need to.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and the confidence to work positively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right.
  • A calm, positive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn and openness to feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Nice to have (but don't let these put you off)

These would be a bonus, but they're not essential. If you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.

  • Experience supporting a marketing campaign, event, project or client account.
  • An interest in retail, leisure, destinations or consumer brands.
  • Experience using project management tools, spreadsheets, trackers or presentation software.
  • Some exposure to agency or client-facing work, such as taking notes or following up actions.
  • An interest in marketing trends, AI or new ways of working.
  • A basic awareness of marketing budgets, quotes or timesheets.

What's in it for you

  • Your birthday off. Because who wants to work on their birthday?
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays: 22 days to use as you like, plus three days off for our Christmas closure, with extra days as your length of service grows.
  • Early finishes on Fridays: finish at 4pm every Friday through the summer (May to August bank holiday) and on payday Fridays the rest of the year.
  • Hybrid working: three days with the team in our Marlow town-centre office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and two days working from home.
  • Room to grow: a personal development plan, a mentor and real support to progress to Senior Account Executive and beyond.
  • Rewards and recognition: a discretionary company bonus scheme once you've passed probation, plus our monthly Star of the Month awards.
  • Socials: Thursday happy hour, regular team and company socials, and a friendly, ambitious team who like to celebrate the wins.
  • Looking after you: wellbeing support, a workplace pension, free parking, employee perks and cashback.

  • We strive to make a positive and IMPACTFUL difference in everything you do – whether that's delivering great work for clients, supporting colleagues or helping your accounts and the agency grow.
  • We are genuinely PASSIONATE about marketing, great client work and getting the best from yourself and those around you – while bringing energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to agency life.
  • We aren't afraid to question a brief, share an idea or suggest a better way of doing things – showing a BRAVE mindset in the way you think, work and communicate.
  • We are approachable, supportive and genuinely HUMAN in the way you work with clients and colleagues – building trusted relationships and treating people with respect, fairness and empathy.

As part of our 2026 ambition, we're putting a particular focus on Accountability and Kindness: taking responsibility for our actions, being honest when things don't go as planned, and treating each other with respect, fairness and empathy, especially when things are difficult.

We also love to recognise the people who bring our values to life. Our monthly Star of the Month scheme celebrates colleagues who make a positive difference to the people around them and show what our values look like in action.
