About the Role

As our Account Executive you will be a natural organiser, agile, proactive, and have a natural energy and desire to learn. This is a role where no two days are the same.

You will be assisting the Account Director and Senior Account Manager in delivering a range of projects for our biggest account.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, speaking to several clients as well as manage internal team's resources.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building relationships with clients across different departments.
  • Taking client briefs and managing small projects through creative briefing to design and delivery.
  • A key support to the Account team.
  • Responsible for all stages of BAU builds from prep to sign off, QA and final approval.
  • Building a positive and collaborative working culture with a great team of creatives, developers and copywriters.
  • Assisting the Account Manager with the admin tasks and to ensure every project has the correct resource, elements to complete smoothly while also keeping in mind timeframes and availability.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience, Skills, Education and Personal Attributes Organised, detail-oriented individual with exceptional project and admin management skills.
  • Team player who loves to work collaboratively with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and push for great creative work.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new challenges, driven to continuously improve.
  • Successfully able to handle multiple demands and completing priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Has a hands-on approach and will help to create a fun and productive team culture.
  • High level of self-motivation and diligence; a positive can-do attitude combined with consideration, passion and enthusiasm.
  • Has experience working in a digitally led environment, with exposure to projects including development & creative.
