Account Executive Manchester | £60k Base + Double OTE, Agentic AI

Join a high-growth AI-powered technology business that's helping organisations transform the way they engage with customers and drive commercial outcomes. Following significant growth, they're investing heavily in their sales function and looking to hire an ambitious Account Executive to help drive the next phase of expansion.

This is a true full-cycle sales role, giving you ownership from prospecting through to close, whilst working with a modern tech stack, AI-powered sales tools and a leadership team committed to development and progression.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Managing mid-market opportunities from initial engagement through to signed contract
  • Driving new business through a combination of self-generated and BDR-sourced pipeline
  • Running discovery calls, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Applying a consultative, value-led sales approach to uncover customer challenges and demonstrate business impact

About you (To respect your time, please only apply if you have this experience):

  • 2+ years' experience in a closing B2B sales role
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Comfortable running demos, negotiations and commercial conversations independently
