Account Executive / Community Manager – French or German speaking (with fluent English)

London based but with European travel

We’re working with a fast-growing international youth and community marketing agency that helps global brands connect authentically with young audiences. They’re looking for an Account Executive / Community Manager to support campaigns across the UK, France, and Germany.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop experience across youth marketing, community, social, experiential, and talent management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors across the UK, France, and Germany.
  • Build and grow community networks.
  • Manage ambassador schedules, communications, and ongoing engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their campaign and community requirements.
  • Support live campaigns, resolving staffing and operational issues quickly.
  • Monitor ambassador performance across digital and live activations.
  • Prepare client status reports and contact reports.
  • Support youth insight sessions and wider agency campaigns.
  • Assist with staffing budgets and campaign costs.

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent German or French and English – essential.
  • You may have experience in recruitment, events, hospitality, campus marketing, student ambassador programmes, community management, or another customer-facing environment.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be:
    • A confident and natural communicator.
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
    • Confident building relationships with both clients and young people.
    • Interested in youth culture, social media, and experiential marketing.
    • Comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team.
