Location: Southwark, London (Hybrid – 1 WFH day post-probation)

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £40k) - depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm on rota

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Residential Offer Executive. You’ll manage the full rental offer process across our Build-to-Rent portfolio. That includes qualifying renters, negotiating with landlords, and securing deals quickly and compliantly.

You’ll be the key contact turning rental offers into successful tenancies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take the lead on rental offers – respond fast, qualify quickly, and move offers through the pipeline with energy and precision.
  • Be the voice of confidence – guide renters through the process with clarity and calm, answering questions and easing nerves.
  • Own the negotiation – balance the needs of landlords and renters to craft fair, win-win deals that stick.
  • Keep deals moving – chase up documents, update systems, and close loops so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Advise like a pro – provide landlords with up-to-date insights on pricing, legislation, and rental demand.
  • Work as one team – sync with colleagues in marketing, operations, and viewings to deliver a frictionless experience.
  • Bring the energy – hit your targets, celebrate wins, and thrive in a high-performance, high-reward environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
