The Role

Revenue leaders have more execution tools than ever, but pipeline feels harder. Channels cost more and return less. Time and budget go into processes that stay broken.

That's because GTM is won or lost before execution begins. Teams build world-class execution firepower, then aim it in the wrong direction - off data that's generic, surface-level, and shared by every competitor. The answer was never more data. It was the right intelligence.

So we built it. Goodfit defines, sources, and grades every account in your market. Revenue teams know exactly what to target, and why, and can commit resources with conviction.

You'll be in good company. Goodfit was founded by experienced revenue leaders; Harrison, CEO, scaled Paddle to $100M and a $1.4B valuation. Adam, CRO, built the commercial function from $0 to $100M. Aleks, Co-Founder and CPO, invented the data engine that runs our GTM intelligence. Backed by leading VCs including Notion Capital, we raised a $13M Series A in 2025, and have big growth plans for 2026 and beyond - join us!

We're hiring our third Account Executive to close new business and help define how we sell. You will join a growing commercial team alongside BDRs, Account Managers, and Solutions Engineers. As an AE at Goodfit you will:

  • Run the full sales cycle. From outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, to demos, negotiation, and close
  • Work with our CRO & Sales Manager. Collaborate on pipeline strategy, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with Solutions: From technical discovery to demos and proof-of-concept work
  • Sharpen our Playbook. Document what works, leave what doesn't, and help the team get better
  • Inform Product & Marketing. Sharing insights from your prospects to continually improve our processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Goodfit is an early stage environment without set playbooks for every scenario. You will have the opportunity to learn and shape how we go to market, backed by our strong ICP, warm inbound and outbound demand, and team of revenue leaders.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Closing experience. At least two years in a full-cycle Account Exec role or equivalent, with a track record of holding multiple stakeholders together, internal and external, to get deals over the line
  • Startup/scale-up experience, ideally B2B SaaS. You've worked somewhere with limited process, resource constraints and ambiguity, and you did well. You might have been an early hire, founding AE, or built something yourself
  • Product & Commercial curiosity: you understand how our customers think, and the commercial drivers that matter to them, translating product features into ROI
  • A growth mindset: you take ownership of your own development and are always working on getting better, without needing it to be driven by someone else
  • Coachability & adaptability: you love learning everyday, with an open mind to different ways of working. You invite feedback, act on it, and can name a time you changed your approach
  • Strong communication: You are clear, concise and engaging, in person and in writing. You can simplify complex ideas, read the room, and hold attention
  • Collaboration skills: you work well cross-functionally with Solutions or Product, know when to bring others in, and communicate effectively with busy internal stakeholders
  • Drive & preparedness: you do the research, come prepared, follow through, and are proactive and responsive without needing to be chased
