Account Executive - EdTech

Location: Hybrid (London Office)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE: £100,000 - £110,000)

Are you a driven B2B sales professional looking to make a genuine impact in the education sector?

We are partnering with a high-growth EdTech business that is transforming how schools and education groups operate through one connected platform—covering admissions, learning, finance, safeguarding, attendance, and more. They are currently looking for a flexible Account Executive to join their team in London.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities across independent schools, education groups, and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).
  • Consultative Selling: Build trusted relationships with senior education stakeholders, deeply understanding their challenges and demonstrating how a unified platform simplifies and improves school operations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximise growth opportunities.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend relevant education events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.

About You

  • Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience with an experienced background in consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Background: Experience selling SaaS, technology, or EdTech is strongly preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Confident managing complex, consultative sales conversations with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Mindset: Commercially driven, proactive, pioneering, and comfortable pitching to senior decision-makers.
  • Sector Knowledge: Previous experience selling into schools, MATs, or the wider education sector is highly advantageous.
