Foodservice Account Executive/BDE
Location: UK (Remote) - London or surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus + £6k car allowance
Want to build brands, win listings, and see products you’ve sold out in the market? Energy. Commercial instinct. Relentless drive.
We’re looking for a Foodservice Account Executive/BDE to join Team Foster and help accelerate the growth of exciting food and drink brands across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to put existing knowledge into practice, gaining broader exposure, and taking on more ownership and responsibility as they grow. If you’re passionate about food & drink, confident speaking with buyers, and motivated by results, we want to hear from you.
This is a role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships with buyers and turning opportunities into listings. You’ll be responsible for putting our partner brands in front of the right decision-makers and securing distribution across out-of-home, wholesale and retail channels. In addition to opening new doors, you’ll grow a portfolio of existing accounts - building momentum within them, strengthening relationships, and driving incremental distribution

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
