Account Executive - UK BASED (Remote but travel is required) B2B Connectivity
Join an expanding, PE-backed ISP/Telco operator, winning new business across the UK's most active SME and mid-market sectors.
Motive Group are proud to be partnering with an award-winning connectivity business with over 25 years' trading history and fresh capital from their Private Equity partners, on the hunt for an Account Executive to join their growing team.
This is a hunting role: you'll own new-business revenue end to end, building your own pipeline and running full sales cycles from prospecting through to close.

Got a proven track record winning multi-site new business in SME and mid-market, we want to hear from you.
Unlike larger operators, you won't be boxed in by geography or sector. You'll sell across some of the UK's most active industries, including care, construction, education, hospitality, logistics, and manufacturing.
What You'll Need:
- At least 3 years' B2B sales experience, managing your own prospecting, diary, and pipeline
- A proven track record of achieving/overachieving against targets and winning multi-site new business
- Confidence selling to senior decision-makers across multiple industries
- CRM discipline and honest forecasting, with comfort using modern sales tools
- A process-driven approach to sales, whether that's BANT, MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN
- Driving License and car
- An aptitude for connectivity products (Fibre, Wireless, Leased Lines, VoIP, Mobile, Cyber, Cloud, Backup) or the drive to learn them fast

Basic Salary between 50-55k + 5k car allowance and OTE
