Role Overview
We’re looking for analytical, people-focused Account Executives to support our Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to our brand partners. At GoPlaces, you'll work with household-name brands, build strong stakeholder relationships, analyse performance, and champion your clients' success internally.
You'll use data to uncover insights, support strategic decisions, and see the impact of your work. Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you'll help bring each brand's vision to life and deliver measurable results.

Core responsibilities

Grow brands on Social Commerce:
- Help develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and market share across social commerce platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop.
- Partner with internal specialists across Paid Advertising, Live Shopping, and Affiliate Marketing to optimise sales performance and deliver commercial growth.

Support and Coordination:
- Assist Account Managers in preparing campaign assets, reports, and client documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
- Help plan regular, coordinated promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday Cyber Monday).

Operational Duties:
- Take ownership of back-end brand operations, particularly in TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Set up new deals, promotions, and bundles, ensuring all configurations are correct and performance-ready.
- Manage SKU listings including pricing updates, product uploads, and content tweaks.

Who you are
- A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships, present ideas clearly, and navigate challenging client conversations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by solving new, unstructured problems in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercially minded and results-driven, with the ability—or ambition—to understand the financial drivers of social commerce and use them to deliver profitable growth for both our brands and GoPlaces.
- Proactive and independent, taking ownership of your work and thriving with autonomy.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup, marketing, or e-commerce is a bonus.
