Position Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team, based in London, UK.
You will own a territory and run it as if it’s your own business. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for building pipeline, managing accurate forecasts, and closing new logo business within enterprise accounts. You will represent Calero’s solutions to C-level executives and IT/Finance decision-makers across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Growth
- Drive new business revenue by identifying, qualifying and closing high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Pipeline Management
- Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within enterprise organisations.
- Utilise a combination of prospecting, networking, referrals and marketing-generated leads to create sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records within the CRM system.
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Sales Execution
- Lead complex, consultative sales engagements including discovery, needs analysis, business case development, executive presentations, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.
- Clearly articulate Calero's value proposition and business benefits to prospective clients.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, Finance, Procurement and Executive Leadership functions.
- Effectively navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes within enterprise organisations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and a positive customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise B2B software, SaaS or managed services sales.
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organised and results-focused.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience within Technology Expense Management (TEM), Telecom Expense Management, Mobile Management Services (MMS) or related technology sectors.
- Experience securing and managing six- and seven-figure enterprise contracts.
