Orientation Marketing is a leading pharmaceutical and life-sciences marketing and communications agency. Headquartered in the UK with offices in North America, we have grown consistently since our inception in 2015. Position Overview

Orientation Marketing is a premier life science marketing agency seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to join our Chester team. The ideal candidate will support our account management team in delivering innovative marketing solutions to clients in the life sciences field and help drive client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts by developing a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, ensuring each client's goals are met through effective marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with senior account managers to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, and events.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, communicating updates, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities that inform campaign strategies for clients in the life sciences sector.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance data, preparing reports, and presenting insights to clients for continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and budgets, and assist with administrative duties as needed. Support the senior leadership teams with assistance on various office tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or account support role is an advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends relevant to the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
