About VRM Advisory

VRM Advisory is a public and government relations firm specialising in the defence, security and aerospace industries. We work across every facet of our clients’ businesses, from initial communications strategy to government engagement, policy drafting and narrative shaping, ensuring that their voice cuts through the noise to customers, industry partners and the media.

Founded in January 2024, the firm is growing incredibly quickly through referral, reputation and word of mouth alone as we continue to work with some of the biggest names in defence.

What We Are Looking For

At VRM Advisory we operate differently from many traditional agencies. Our priority is not to create activity simply to prove our worth, but to support our clients in achieving demonstrable, meaningful outcomes. We pride ourselves on not just reacting to news cycles but shaping and creating them. We use our knowledge and network to work with clients, stakeholders and HMG to secure the best outcomes for our Armed Forces and Allied security.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
