Account Executive - HospitalityTech
Our client is a fast-growing HospitalityTech provider delivering market-leading operational and workforce management SaaS solutions to multi-site hospitality and retail businesses worldwide. Trusted by globally recognised brands across the QSR, hotel, restaurant and leisure sectors, the business supports thousands of locations internationally through a suite of innovative, cloud-based products designed to improve efficiency, compliance, workforce engagement and commercial performance.
They are looking for an Account Executive to join their team to manage the full sales cycle with prospective restaurant clients; successful candidates can expect lead generation support from their team of high-performing SDRs & inbound leads from the marketing team, alongside their own lead generation methods.
This is a highly visible and commercially impactful role, suited to someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-led environment and is passionate about helping restaurant customers improve efficiency and maximise their operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, the role offers the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships, contribute to wider business growth, and partner with some of the most recognised brands in hospitality.

This is a hybrid opportunity; our client is ideally looking for individuals who can commute to Edinburgh 2-3 times per week however they would also be open to candidates based across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full sales cycle with clients across the hospitality space – namely, restaurants
- Regularly manage multiple deals at once
- Build long-term sales pipeline & execute effective sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Proactively build network of clients and contacts within the industry
- Create & deliver effective sales presentations & product demonstrations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & developments
- Collaborate with internal teams where necessary

The Successful Candidate
- 2-3+ years SaaS sales experience; experience managing the full sales cycle is essential
- Experience selling SaaS / software to restaurant clients is ideal
- Ideally commutable to Edinburgh 2-3 days per week, but candidates based across the UK in general will also be considered
Account Executive Package
- Basic salary: up to £50,000
- Year 1 OTE: +£25,000-30,000 (uncapped)
- WFH setup provided plus company laptop & mobile phone
- Pension options
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
