Talent Frame are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Account Executive role. This position involves managing and developing customer accounts within the UK&I region, with a focus on securing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships in the law enforcement / policing and central government.
This role can be based remotely - but you must be resident in the UK and willing to travel for customer meetings and occasional team meet ups in London HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, building strong, sustainable relationships.
- Develop a qualified sales pipeline targeting law enforcement / police and government agencies.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with the regional sales strategy.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including upsell and cross-sell activities.
- Implement effective account-specific sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences and professional events.

Person Specification
- Experience selling to UK law enforcement agencies.
- Additional knowledge of MoD and central government is advantageous.
- Proven success in complex software sales, priority given to experience in investigative and intelligence products.
- Demonstrates a results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

The role is offering a basic salary of up to £85k (doe) plus commission.
