To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of an Account Executive to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do at HammerTech
The main purpose of the Account Executive role is to generate new sales and expansion of existing clients. The role also involves owning the relationship post sale from an account management perspective to ensure client satisfaction. Secondary to sales and account management is to assist in the day-to-day business administration activities of HammerTech; tasks ranging from reporting on sales activity, field marketing and being an integral part of growing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the client’s sales requirements and to be seen as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson
- Generating new sales through researching, identifying and creating opportunities, or through in-bound leads
- Account Management and revenue generation from existing clients
- Project/Stakeholder management of clients during the “Sales” phase including status reporting to both internal management and clients
- Assistance with general business administration
- Other duties as required from time to time

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Degree or similar or equivalent commercial experience
- Demonstrated experience in software sales
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales targets
- Experience within the building and construction or similar industry preferred
- Experience in undertaking any activities within the remit of Quality, Health, Safety or Environment preferred
