About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operation of multiple affiliate programs, covering client and partner communication, reporting, campaign maintenance, recruitment, fraud monitoring, and data analysis. You will work with managers and peers to improve program performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including newsletters, promotional updates, and program information.
- Develop relationships with clients and partners while providing clear, proactive communication.
- Use Excel to produce reports, track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Own client tasks with minimal supervision, manage deadlines, and flag potential delays.
- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, prioritize work, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor program risks, conduct fraud checks, and support compliance with program terms.
- Collaborate with peers and management to share best practices and improve team processes.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formatting.
- Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, or other affiliate and SaaS platforms is a plus.
- HTML knowledge or fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Ability to travel when required for client meetings, conferences, and team meetings.
