The role will work closely with the Agency Sales team to manage existing client relationships and build new client relationships across your agency patch, providing first class service and education on programmatic activations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Agency Sales team to manage existing client relationships and build new client relationships across your agency patch
- Provide first-class service and education on programmatic activations
- Assist the team with key client-facing tasks including client outreach, presenting, creating compelling responses to briefs, revenue reporting and deal optimisation
- Drive revenue across their accounts
Key Tasks
- Build a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising industry
- Provide end-to-end customer service / account management for client needs
- Deliver outstanding brief responses to all clients
- Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
- Analyse advertising data and effectively communicate problem solutions to Ad Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Networks, and Brand Advertisers
- Maximise the value of existing campaigns and deals
- Help drive revenue across all programmatic advertising formats
- Contribute to internal organisation and product development planning
