Job Description
Large enterprise companies need huge volumes of visual content — product photography, campaign creative, brand assets — produced fast enough to match their business and consistent enough to stay on-brand everywhere. Recraft V4 and V4.1 go beyond prompt accuracy to deliver that: production-ready vector and photorealistic output, with style consistency that holds without custom training. Retail and advertising companies are where we see the clearest opportunity to bring that into a business's own pipeline via our API — it's a classic enterprise B2B motion, and a part of our business we're actively building out. We're hiring an Account Executive to build that pipeline from scratch and close it end to end. This is one of our most urgent hires right now.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — manage inbound and outbound opportunities from first outreach and qualification through discovery, technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build your own enterprise pipeline in retail and advertising — identify and research companies that would integrate Recraft's API for their own internal use, across the UK, EU, US, and Australia, and map out the people who have budget and the people who have veto power.
- Go deep on research before you pitch — understand a prospect's existing creative or image production pipeline well enough to know exactly where Recraft's API fits, how their teams evaluate new solutions, and how the purchasing decision actually gets made.
- Turn that research into a tailored pitch — customize demos, use cases, and commercial proposals so each prospect sees a specific case for Recraft, not a generic deck.
- Navigate and close complex enterprise deals — build relationships with champions and decision-makers, handle objections and commercial negotiation, and drive deals through to signed contracts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Who You'll Work With
You'll join a lean Sales team of three, including this role. You'll work closely with our CEO on enterprise strategy, and collaborate regularly with our technical, marketing, product, and creative teams to get deals across the line — from technical evaluation to a proposal that actually reflects what Recraft can do.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling technical products, APIs, developer tools, or complex B2B SaaS.
- A track record of running the full deal cycle yourself — research, outreach, discovery, negotiation, and close — rather than closing warm leads someone else generated.
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts in the UK, EU, US, or Australia.
- Strong discovery skills — you're good at getting people to talk honestly about what isn't working for them, and you can turn that into a concrete opportunity.
- Experience building a genuinely customized proposal and demo for each prospect, rather than running the same deck for everyone.
- Comfortable doing your own outreach and research into cold accounts, and building a funnel from nothing — this isn't a role where leads arrive pre-qualified.
- This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role — you want to be running your own pipeline and closing your own deals, not managing a team of reps.

What We Offer
- The chance to build Recraft's enterprise retail and advertising vertical from the ground up — the accounts you land now become the reference customers and case studies for everything that follows.
- Direct ownership of your own pipeline and deals, with real autonomy in how you run them.
- A hybrid setup based in London, with the team around you day to day.
- If you're too unwell to work, you're covered — up to 10 working days of sick pay at your normal base salary, in any rolling 12-month period.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category — people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.
- We're able to sponsor visas for this role where needed.
