Account Executive
Permanent | Account Team (entry level role)
Great opportunity for someone who can demonstrate the key skills required for this great role and who wants to progress in account/client management in the world of film and entertainment.
About Us
We've spent years making the world's biggest releases impossible to ignore. Universal. Warner Bros. Discovery. Disney. Lionsgate. Superman, Wicked, Dune. The ones you queued for.
Now we do it for both sides of the show. Studios and production companies get the key art, AV and campaigns that turn titles into events. Brands get the thing money supposedly can't buy: a way in. The approvals. The clearances. The title marketing nobody else will explain to you. We speak both languages fluently — and honestly, almost nobody else does. We've evolved and are super excited about the future transformation plans for Suparama Studios.
"Two audiences. One agency. Zero silos"
The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our account team — someone organised, curious and genuinely excited by creative work, who wants to learn the ropes of agency life from the ground up. You'll support the delivery of projects across entertainment launches, publishing campaigns, photography shoots, social content and outdoor advertising, working closely with account managers, creatives and production partners every step of the way.
This is a brilliant first step into the creative industry, or a natural next move if you're already working in a client-facing, organisational or administrative role and are ready to bring those skills into a fast-paced agency environment.
Who This Role Is For
You don't need agency experience to apply. We're looking for people who bring energy, curiosity and reliability — whether that's your first job out of education, or a move from a different industry where you've built transferable skills. This could be a great fit if you're coming from:
- A previous agency, marketing, PR or media role, looking for your next step.
- Hospitality, retail or events — where you've juggled multiple priorities, worked to deadlines and delivered great customer service under pressure.
- Customer service, admin or coordination roles, where you've honed your organisational and communication skills.
- A university placement, internship or graduate scheme in a related field.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
