Spectrum Search is partnered with a well-backed AI technology company building modern enterprise finance software. The company is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an Account Executive to own complex B2B SaaS sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise customers.
About the opportunity
This is a full-time sales role within an early-stage technology company developing an artificial intelligence-enabled Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for finance teams.
The product automates core accounting workflows and supports organisations managing complex financial operations across multiple entities and currencies. The commercial team works closely with product, engineering, solutions, partnerships and marketing, giving Account Executives direct exposure to both customer requirements and product development.
The role
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and initial discovery through live product demonstrations, commercial negotiation and signed contract.
The role involves managing mid-market and enterprise opportunities with multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes. Account Executives are expected to build their own outbound pipeline while also converting opportunities generated through wider go-to-market activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
