Life is short. Work somewhere awesome.

Flare is a breakout cybersecurity Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with a mission to empower organizations to take control of their data and protect their customers, employees, and brand by shedding light on external threats. We enable cybersecurity teams to proactively detect high-risk external exposure across the dark and clear web, before threat actors have a chance to leverage it. We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.

TL;DR: We are a bunch of geeks who help protect our clients' data (and people in their network) by locating cyber risks.

As our Account Executive for Benelux & Nordics

You will play a pivotal role in driving Flare's direct and partner-led revenue growth across some of Europe's most dynamic and commercially mature cybersecurity markets. Based in the United Kingdom, with regular travel across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the Nordic countries, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, whilst working in close alignment with our channel partners to maximize market coverage and revenue impact.

If you are a driven, commercially sharp sales professional with deep roots in the Benelux and Nordic markets, native-level Nordic language skills, and a genuine appetite for operating in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment, we want to hear from you.

Your purpose and impact

Your mission is to own and grow Flare's revenue across Benelux and Nordics, building a pipeline of high-quality opportunities through both direct and partner-led motions that consistently meet or exceed your annual quota. You will:

  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle across Benelux and Nordics, from prospecting through to commercial negotiation and close.
  • Build and manage a robust, self-generated pipeline of new business opportunities with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Account Executives to leverage partner-led opportunities and co-sell with strategic partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape and position Flare's platform compellingly to security leaders and CISOs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners establishing Flare as a trusted partner in the region.
  • Manage a disciplined strategic target account list, prioritizing high-value prospects and driving them through successful onboarding.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot to support accurate forecasting and RevOps standards.
  • Provide accurate and consistent pipeline forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Travel regularly across Benelux and Nordic markets to build in-market credibility and attend regional events.
  • Adapt quickly to an evolving product and competitive landscape with a start-up mindset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
