About Uptick

Uptick is redefining how fire and security businesses operate. We're a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company building powerful, intuitive software that transforms complex, paper-heavy workflows into seamless digital experiences, with a mission to keep 100,000,000 people safer where they live, work and play.

Backed by global growth equity leader PSG, we've rapidly become the category leader in Australia and are scaling internationally across the UK and the US, and beyond. Since launching in the UK in 2021, Europe has become one of our fastest-growing markets and a critical part of our global growth story.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive to own and grow our portfolio across Benelux. Based in London, you'll run the full sales cycle for Benelux prospects and customers from discovery through to close.

You'll be the first Account Executive dedicated to Benelux, building relationships with Dutch-speaking prospects and running the full sales motion from London.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
