Account Executive (EdTech SaaS)
📍 Remote – UK
💰 Up to £65,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE c. £95,000–£100,000) + Benefits
YourCode Recruitment is partnering with an established international software company looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK and EMEA.
This is a genuine new logo acquisition role, ideal for someone who enjoys consultative enterprise sales and building long-term relationships within Higher Education.
What You'll Do
- ✔ Generate new business opportunities across universities and higher education institutions.
- ✔ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
- ✔ Build relationships with senior academic, commercial, and technology stakeholders.
- ✔ Deliver value-led software demonstrations and commercial presentations.
- ✔ Partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to maximise growth.
- ✔ Represent the business at conferences and industry events across the region.

What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Strong new business / new logo sales background.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable engaging multiple decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Highly Desirable
- ⭐ Higher Education sales experience
- ⭐ EdTech or Learning Technology background
- ⭐ Enterprise software sales
