We're passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Account Management team in Leeds.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing client relationships, analysing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support fleet performance, maximise efficiencies, and ensure service excellence across a portfolio of accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing customer accounts while delivering high-quality service and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Producing management information and reports to support business and customer requirements.
- Conducting customer reviews, leading meetings, and preparing professional review packs.
- Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and fleet efficiencies.
- Supporting the achievement of department budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
- Ensuring systems, records, and documentation are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues to deliver positive outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise value for customers and support business growth.
- Acting as a role model for customer service excellence and Zenith's values, while supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Account management experience.
- Strong administration and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working to KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the fleet industry and fleet management services.
- Experience conducting customer reviews and presenting management information.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, research, and project work.
