Account Executive – Grocery

Field Based | South West England

Build the relationships. Influence the retailers. Grow one of the world's most recognisable brands.

The Advocate Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with Monster Energy as the business continues its next phase of growth across the UK Grocery channel.

This isn't a merchandising role.

It isn't about walking stores with a clipboard.

It's about becoming the commercial face of Monster across some of the UK's biggest grocery retailers, building influential relationships, driving execution and ensuring national commercial plans deliver outstanding results across your territory.

You'll own a high-profile region spanning the South West, working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, distributor partners and internal stakeholders to maximise performance across major grocery customers.

The Role:

You'll operate your territory like your own business.

Balancing commercial relationships with hands-on execution, you'll influence retailers, coach distribution partners and ensure Monster consistently delivers best-in-class performance across every store you support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
