Role: Mid-Market Senior Account Executive Location: UK – Remote Salary: Up to £85k base x2 OTE

This is an opportunity to join a global leader in financial performance management software, helping mid-market organisations transform the way they plan, forecast, report and make financial decisions.

With a market-leading platform spanning FP&A, CPM, EPM, financial consolidation, reporting and analytics, you'll take ownership of a high-potential UK&I territory and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition.

The focus is firmly on mid-market organisations, selling primarily into CFOs, Finance Directors and Heads of FP&A. This is a high-impact new business role for a proven hunter who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and closing complex, consultative deals.

The Role

  • Own a defined UK&I mid-market territory, targeting organisations with significant growth potential
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition across mid-market customers
  • Sell the full portfolio of financial performance management solutions to CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of FP&A and senior finance stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
  • Build and execute territory and account plans to consistently generate pipeline and revenue
  • Run consultative discovery and demonstrate clear commercial value to finance leaders
  • Work closely with SDRs, pre-sales, marketing and customer success to maximise opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

About You

  • 4+ years' experience selling FP&A, CPM, EPM or similar financial software
  • Proven track record of new business success within the mid-market
  • Experience selling to the Office of the CFO, including CFOs, Finance Directors and Heads of FP&A
  • A genuine new business hunter who thrives on prospecting, pipeline generation and closing
  • Comfortable managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to articulate business value rather than simply sell product
  • Stable career history with clear progression and demonstrable sales performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
