Account Executive | Publicis Pro

We are hiring an Account Executive to join Publicis Pro, our specialist B2B communications agency, where you'll help some of the world's most innovative brands build reputation, strengthen relationships and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organisation and communication to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

You'll work across integrated campaigns, collaborate with experienced specialists, and play a key role in bringing ideas to life for clients across a range of industries. If you're curious about business, passionate about storytelling and motivated by delivering great work, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping to build strong and trusted client relationships.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Prepare for client meetings, presentations and calls, ensuring actions are captured and followed through.
  • Research client industries, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights.
  • Draft engaging content including press releases, articles, briefing documents, media materials and client communications.
  • Coordinate activity across internal teams to keep projects organised, on schedule and aligned to client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, assist with reporting and contribute ideas that support account growth and long-term success.

  • Experience in PR, communications, marketing, media or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence tailoring messages for different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, journalists and other stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and find practical solutions.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading and presentation skills.
  • Genuine interest in business, communications and emerging industry trends, with a desire to develop your expertise.
