Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are thrilled to be recruiting a highly organised and proactive Account Executive to join the Partner Management team in one of Octagon’s flagship clients in Formula 1.

This role will support the day-to-day delivery of the Mastercard McLaren partnership, working closely with the Account Director, Senior Account Manager and Account Manager to ensure the smooth running of all partnership management activities, specifically across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across the account, with responsibilities spanning general administration, asset tracking, merchandise fulfilment, and meeting coordination.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for managing, tracking and optimising the rights package to support Mastercard’s global marketing and business objectives. This includes supporting local market activations in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, maintaining internal tools and trackers, and helping to deliver best-in-class partnership servicing.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Formula 1 (particularly team partnerships), a passion for brand marketing, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
