Location: Pencoed, Bridgend (Hybrid Considered)
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Retain and grow a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients by delivering exceptional, tailored insurance solutions.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executing seamless renewals, mid-term adjustments, and proactive risk advisory.
- Market Negotiation: Partner and negotiate with major underwriters to secure the best coverage and competitive terms for your clients.
- New Business Growth: Identify and pursue warm leads and cross-selling opportunities to expand your book of business.
What You Bring

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive, Manager, or Handler within the insurance industry.
- Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is highly preferred (or a strong willingness to achieve it quickly with our full financial support).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of commercial insurance risks.
- Drive: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline effectively in a competitive environment.
