Who Are We?

Advancing Analytics are a market leader in delivering pioneering analytical solutions for customers all over the world. To thrive in today's market, businesses need to implement AI built on a solid, reliable Data Platform, and we are looking for you to help us build it!

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping customers unlock value from Data and AI.

You'll be responsible for growing Advancing Analytics' commercial and mid-market customer base across the UK, primarily through new-logo acquisition. Most customers will be at the beginning of their modern data journey—building their first Lakehouse platform, migrating from legacy technologies or looking to accelerate existing programmes.

Working alongside our Consulting and Solution Architecture teams, you'll help customers understand the right data foundations, shape practical Data and AI engagements and position Advancing Analytics as the specialist partner to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You'll own a territory of approximately 50–100 accounts, making effective territory planning, prioritisation and pipeline generation critical to success.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll own a defined territory of commercial and mid-market customers, with responsibility for generating qualified pipeline, winning new customers and managing opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.

You'll segment and prioritise accounts, lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities and work closely with Consulting and Solution Architecture to shape customer engagements. You'll balance a high level of outbound activity with a consultative sales approach while maintaining accurate forecasting in HubSpot.

You'll also collaborate closely with Marketing, Alliances and strategic partners including Databricks, Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud to generate and progress opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
