Are you looking for a varied role which offers a combination of client contact and administration? We are recruiting for a confident and professional individual to work for a well-established company based in their customer-focused office in Borehamwood. Full training will be given, you will need to have an outgoing personality, enjoy a varied role speaking with customers, as well as having excellent IT skills.
This is an office-based role, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
Holiday Pay
We offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an additional 1 day holiday for each year of service.

- Generating leads, and making outbound calls & onboarding new clients
- Lead generation of potential new clients via our internal database or other means
- Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts
- Develop continuing relationships with existing customers with an aim to increase their monthly spend
- As well as attain new business it is key that we retain clients and offer excellent client relationship management, ensuring that all client's expectations and requirements are exceeded.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Computer literate, including MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- A willing and flexible attitude

Pay
- Salary is £28,000 - £53,000 depending on experience + commissions. If you hit your target you will earn £37,500 as a minimum. Earnings can be much, much higher.
- Commission is paid over a 12-month period from 10% on turnover spend, which is uncapped, after customers are on 5% for life.
