Account Executive - Recruitment Revenue
OTE: £84,000 – £120,000 per annum

About Recruitment Revenue
Recruitment Revenue is a business development partner for recruitment agencies. Our service is outbound appointment setting, we book recruitment agencies qualified sales meetings with decision-makers that lead to vacancies.
Since launch we’ve helped recruiters secure over 2,500 new vacancies and continue to book meetings across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and the GCC.
We have a proven product and the kind of momentum that separates real companies from hopefuls. We are now building out our commercial team and need outstanding Account Executives to help scale revenue.
The Role
This is a closing-focused role selling a clearly defined appointment-setting service to recruitment agency owners and directors.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close, working with qualified inbound and outbound opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery and sales calls with recruitment agency owners
- Clearly explain our appointment-setting model and qualification process
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
- Manage deals from discovery to contract signature
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B Account Executive / Closer role
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency or recruitment software services
- Confident selling to founders, owners, and senior decision-makers
- Experience closing consultative or recurring service deals
- Self-starter mentality with high energy and work ethic
- UK-based and able to work UK hours
