Account Executive Cybersecurity (DACH Market)

With a rapidly growing global presence, we’re scaling our commercial operations and continuing to lead the next generation of offensive security practices.
We’re now expanding further into the DACH Region, and we’re looking for an ambitious, high-performing Junior Account Executive DACH with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales.
This is a strategic hire as you’ll be instrumental in shaping our UKI go-to-market success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Own and develop your territory like your own business. You'll engage new logos and expand existing relationships with a strong emphasis on strategic value creation.
- Consultative Selling: Leverage a value-based, consultative approach to guide prospects through complex cybersecurity challenges positioning Bug Bounty as a key pillar of modern offensive security.
- Pipeline Mastery: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. Balance inbound leads with outbound initiatives.
- Executive Engagement: Navigate C-level and technical buyer personas across diverse industries, building trusted advisor relationships that last.
- Scale with Customers: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, client satisfaction, and long-term account expansion.
- Market Evangelism: Represent YesWeHack at industry events, roundtables, and conferences. Be a visible voice in the DACH cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Forecast with Precision: Maintain accurate pipeline data, reporting, and forecasting to help drive predictable revenue growth.

What You Bring
- 5-7+ years of B2B AE Sales Experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven success in complex sales cycles with technical products and comfort selling to security leaders, CISOs, and DevSecOps teams.
- A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, particularly offensive security trends and solutions.
- Skilled in value-based selling, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and reframe problems for clients.
- Natural relationship builder with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows when to lead and when to learn.
