We’re hiring Account Executives

To win and grow some of the most exciting accounts in financial services. You’ll own $100K+ deals, work closely with our founders and help shape how we sell a product that can change the way an entire industry operates.

You’ll have inbound interest, RFP opportunities, partner introductions and creative outreach to work with, alongside Commercial Associates and a team that gets behind its sellers. Your job is to turn that opportunity into lasting customer relationships and revenue.

About us

Compliance, built like product.

Financial services has changed enormously. Much of the technology behind compliance hasn’t. Teams still spend hours on manual checks, disconnected systems slow down launches, and entering a new market can mean rebuilding the same processes all over again.

We’re changing that. spektr gives regulated businesses one platform for onboarding, monitoring and investigations, with configurable workflows and AI agents that do the legwork. Product, Operations and Compliance can move together, with the control they need to grow.

It’s a huge opportunity in an industry that has moved slowly for too long. We’ve built a product we’re proud to put in front of the most demanding customers. Now we’re looking for people who want to help get it into their hands.

$26M raised, including a $20M Series A led by NEA, with backing from Northzone, Seedcamp and PreSeed Ventures.

Founders who have done this before. Mikkel and Cip built HelloFlow together and sold it to Trulioo in 2022. They’re now building spektr alongside co-founders Jan-Erik and Jeremy, taking on a much bigger part of the customer lifecycle.

Customers worth getting excited about. We work with businesses including Pleo, Trustly, Nexi and Santander. These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.

Three offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.

What you’ll do

  • Own your accounts and deals. Set the account strategy and lead the sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through proposals, pricing, negotiation and signature.
  • Build relationships across the buying team. Understand what matters to Product, Operations and Compliance, develop champions and bring decision-makers together around a clear business case.
  • Make the product real for customers. Learn the platform deeply, lead tailored demos and work with spektrQ, our implementation team, on more involved demos and proofs of concept.
  • Turn interest into business. Progress inbound enquiries, partner introductions and RFP opportunities, while building new opportunities in your priority accounts.
  • Work closely with Commercial Associates. Collaborate on research, outreach, meeting preparation and live deals. Give them context, share your judgement and help them take on more responsibility.
  • Grow the accounts you win. Work with spektrQ to identify where customers could do more with spektr, then own the commercial side of expansion into new use cases, teams and markets.
  • Keep deals moving. Follow up persistently, make next steps clear and maintain an honest forecast. Bring problems to the team early and help improve how we sell.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How we work

You own the deal. The whole company helps you win it.

Our AEs work closely with Commercial Associates throughout the sales process. spektrQ helps demonstrate what’s possible and how we’ll deliver it. Growth, marketing and partnerships create reasons for prospects to engage, and the founders get involved in strategic deals. You’ll have people to build with, challenge your thinking and help get things over the line.

We already have inbound interest and many opportunities to compete in RFPs. Alongside that, we actively go after the accounts we most want to work with. You’ll be expected to create opportunities too, with support and plenty of freedom in how you do it.

We pride ourselves on being one of the most creative outreach teams around. Nobody likes generic outreach. We send custom comics, make videos around a prospect’s business and bring people together at events. Sometimes a thoughtful email or a phone call is exactly what’s needed. Bring a good idea and you’ll find people who want to help make it happen.

Who you are

An experienced B2B software seller. You’ve owned complex sales cycles, closed substantial deals and can explain how you made them happen.

Comfortable building in an early-stage company. You’ve helped develop a sales approach, opened accounts or built a market. Founding AE experience is especially relevant.

Strong at discovery and commercial judgement. You can uncover the real problem, understand a buying process, build a business case and negotiate with confidence.

Personable and credible. You build trust with senior people, ask good questions and know how to win support across a buying team.

Curious about the product. You want to use it, understand it and show customers what they could build with it.

Resourceful and persistent. You take initiative, find ways around obstacles and keep following up.

Generous with what you know. You enjoy developing others, work well across teams and take feedback as readily as you give it.

Experience selling into financial services or regulated businesses is useful. What matters most is your ability to learn a complex product, understand the customer and close.

Why join

Several ways into a deal. Build on inbound interest, RFPs, partnerships and events, alongside targeted outreach.

A team behind you. Work with Commercial Associates, product experts and founders who get involved in helping you win.

A chance to shape the company. Help build our commercial approach, develop people and feed what you learn from customers directly into the business.
