About the Team
Our EMEA Sales team helps organizations see clearly what's working in their products and turn that into faster, smarter decisions. We're growing our enterprise footprint across key EMEA markets by bringing on people who know how to build trust with customers and close complex deals.
About the Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to grow Mixpanel's enterprise presence across key EMEA markets. You'll own your territory end-to-end — prospecting, running full sales cycles, and closing new business across mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll work closely with GTM leadership, sharing what's working with your accounts to help sharpen the regional approach, and you'll partner cross-functionally to position Mixpanel as a trusted analytics partner in the market. This role suits someone who moves comfortably through ambiguity, builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders, and is energized by owning a number.
Responsibilities
- Own a strategic enterprise sales plan for your territory, aligned to market opportunity and Mixpanel's product strengths
- Drive outbound prospecting and convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Run full sales cycles — from discovery to close — building tailored, ROI-based proposals
- Build and maintain an accurate, well-qualified pipeline and forecast
- Build consultative relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Act as a trusted advisor: understand what your customers are trying to solve and connect it to Mixpanel's value
- Represent Mixpanel at industry events and regional forums
- Track the competitive landscape and clearly position Mixpanel's differentiation within the partner ecosystem
- Share what's working with GTM leadership to help shape the regional sales strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
