Job Title: Account Executive – DACH

Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days per week in office
Salary: £55k base x2 OTE

Account Executive looking to join a hot UK HQ'd SaaS vendor OR highly successful SDR/BDR looking to take the next step to full sales cycle AE role???

We're representing a leading SaaS technology business that is looking to add an Account Executive to its growing sales team, with a focus on the DACH market.

This is a new business-focused opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys a high-velocity sales environment, with typical deal sizes of £2k–£10k and sales cycles of around 4–6 weeks.

Technology helps organisations improve and manage their business communications and customer experience. Growing international sales organisation with a strong focus on continued expansion across Europe. Established GTM structure with support across SDR, Marketing, Customer Success and wider commercial teams.

The role:

  • New business-focused position responsible for winning SMB customers across the DACH region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
  • Target businesses with typical deal sizes of £2k–£10k.
  • Operate within relatively short 4–6 week sales cycles.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and identify new commercial opportunities across the territory.
  • Work closely with SDR, Marketing and wider GTM teams to generate and convert pipeline.
  • Take ownership of your territory and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

About you:

  • Fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a new business / outbound sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable prospecting, qualifying opportunities and running sales conversations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Able to operate effectively in a high-activity, fast-paced sales environment.
  • SDR/BDR candidates with strong new business experience welcome if ready to make the move into an AE position.
  • Ambitious, driven and keen to build a career within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Based in London and comfortable working 3 days per week from the office.
