One of the UK's leading manufacturers of home and garden products has created a new role for an Account Executive.

£35,000 Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + Private Health + Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

THE COMPANY

TALO. has partnered exclusively with one of the UK's leading manufacturers of home and garden products. Their products can be found in many of the UK's biggest retailers, supermarkets, and garden centres.

They've created a role for an Account Executive. Working alongside an experienced Sales Director as part of their larger Sales team, you'll be given a portfolio of existing, lapsed and target customer accounts made up of independent retailers and small trade accounts. As your confidence and experience grows you'll eventually take on larger and more strategic accounts, building the skills needed to progress into a future role in National Account Management.

Based in their Nottinghamshire head office three days a week, with two days from home. This is a predominantly desk-based role with occasional travel to customer sites and to trade shows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
