About the Role
Want to work for a disruptive digital marketing agency in the heart of London? re:act was founded by two global FMCG marketers with experience in Health & Beauty, Gaming, Food & Drink and Technology and since 2019 re:act marketing has grown from a team of 2 to over 40 employees. Working with top clients in the Health & Beauty Sector, Drinks and more we are a creative content agency that truly believes in developing content that means something to consumers. Brands are no longer defined by what they say about themselves, but by what real people say about them. Our agency creates unique moments that matter to the consumer, which allows brands to own conversations in a creative and engaging manner.
Our team creates content that travels with feeling and puts conversations at the heart of everything.
So where do you fit in?
At re:act, we’re looking for someone ambitious, energetic and resilient - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves a challenge, and is passionate about creating world-class experiences for clients. We won’t sugar-coat it: we move quickly. Not the kind of “fast-paced” people casually mention - the kind that means we consistently deliver above and beyond. That sometimes means longer hours during peak projects, tight turnarounds, and multiple priorities at once. It’s intense, but it’s also exciting, rewarding, and full of momentum. If you’ve got grit, drive, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and you’re ready to be part of a team that delivers exceptional work at pace - we’d love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
