Account Executive – Belfast 🍽️🇮🇪

Hospitality Tech | Remote-first and in-person meetings | £42k–£45k base + £24k uncapped commission + £5k annual bonus

Be the person who launches this business into a brand-new market. This business has already built successful sales operations across London, Manchester and Scotland, delivering strong year-on-year growth and proving that its platform resonates with hospitality operators.

Now, they’re ready for their next chapter: Ireland. Starting with Belfast.

This is a completely new and untouched territory for the business, and they’re looking for their first GTM Account Executive in Ireland to take the product to market. You won’t be inheriting someone else’s patch or fighting over existing accounts.

You’ll own Belfast 🚀🙌🏻

You’ll have the freedom to build the territory from the ground up, backed by a proven product, an established UK business and real data from the existing sales team showing what works from the operators converting best to the messaging landing in market and the sales approach driving results....The opportunity is huge!!!

Belfast has a thriving hospitality scene packed with independent restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and multi-site operators and you’ll be the person introducing this platform to them. We need someone who can hit the ground running.

Someone who understands hospitality, knows how to speak with operators and can confidently walk into a restaurant, bar or venue and have a credible commercial conversation from day one. If you’ve worked in hospitality before or already have a strong network across Belfast, that’s a huge advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll understand the challenges operators deal with every day:

  • Managing staff and stock
  • Keeping costs under control
  • Dealing with disconnected systems
  • Improving service without increasing admin
  • Protecting already-tight margins

You won’t just be selling software. You’ll be bringing a proven hospitality platform into a brand-new market and building its presence from day one.

The role

This is a true 360 new-business role where you’ll own the entire journey from identifying the market through to closing customers.

You’ll be:

  • Building and owning the Belfast territory from scratch
  • Using existing sales data and learnings from successful UK regions to shape your GTM approach
  • Mapping the hospitality market and identifying the strongest opportunities
  • Building targeted prospect lists across Belfast
  • Prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and face-to-face outreach
  • Getting out into the market and meeting operators
  • Delivering engaging product demos
  • Understanding each operator’s challenges and positioning the right solution
  • Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Building relationships and becoming known across Belfast’s hospitality community
  • Helping shape how the business expands further across Ireland

The platform already brings together POS, reservations, staff management and inventory management in one solution, at one of the most competitive price points in the market.

And the wider growth plans are seriously exciting:

  • 🚀 Expansion into new European markets
  • 📱 A new reservations platform
  • 💛 Loyalty, deals and promotions built into one solution
  • 📈 More products already in development
