Mid-Market Account Executive (DACH/UKI), Remote, UK-based
£100-120,000 base salary; £200-240,000 OTE
Via is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, remote-first identity security company trusted by millions of users worldwide, offering password management, secrets management, and passwordless/passkey innovation for both enterprises and individuals.
We're looking for an energetic, channel-savvy Account Executive to own new business and partner growth across the DACH and UKI regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up with a genuinely global, remote-first team.

Location: Remote (must currently reside in the UK)
Languages: Fluent English required; business fluent German (C1+) essential, given the strong focus on the DACH market
Experience: 4 to 8 years in outside high-tech IT sales, ideally with channel/partner experience
What you'll be doing:
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline (3 to 5x coverage) across your territory
- Closing new business in companies with 51 to 1,000 employees
- Recruiting, onboarding and growing relationships with SMB/SME-focused resellers and MSP partners
- Running joint partner business plans and demand-gen campaigns with marketing
- Owning accurate quarterly forecasting and pipeline reporting via CRM

What we're looking for:
- A proven track record of hitting quota and driving partner-led revenue growth
- Strong existing relationships with VARs, resellers and MSPs in the DACH/UKI channel
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed, startup environment
- Comfortable working across CRM, Google Workspace and MS Office
- IT security product experience desirable but not essential
