Account Executive

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
Travel: UK customer travel as required
Package: Salary starting at £70K + double OTE

Essential Experience:

  • Experience selling into Automotive Retailers
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating and converting your own pipeline
  • Experience building a new territory or launching a new market

About the Company

We're partnering with a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company helping automotive retailers improve operational efficiency through digital transformation.

Working with dealer groups and automotive retail businesses across Europe, the platform helps modernise critical operational and financial workflows, reducing manual administration, improving customer experience and giving businesses greater visibility across day-to-day operations.

Following strong commercial growth across Europe, the business is now investing heavily in the UK and is looking for an Account Executive to help drive the next stage of expansion.

The Role

This is a genuine new business role focused on winning and growing relationships with dealer groups, automotive retailers and enterprise automotive organisations across the UK.

You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, engaging senior commercial, operational and finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and demonstrate measurable commercial value.

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the UK journey, giving you real ownership over territory development while working closely with leadership to shape the company's commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across the UK automotive market
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across dealer groups and automotive retailers
  • Lead consultative sales conversations centred around operational efficiency and business improvement
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Leadership throughout the customer journey
  • Contribute to the development of the UK go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions
  • Strong new business and territory development experience
  • Ability to manage consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, hunter mentality
  • Experience selling operational software, business applications or digital transformation solutions
  • Automotive technology or automotive retail experience would be advantageous
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
