🎯 THE ROLE

You'll be joining a growing sales team with genuine ownership of the sales process.
You'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and generating new business
  • Building relationships with senior education stakeholders
  • Selling into schools, education groups and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)
  • Running discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations
  • Managing negotiations and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Forecasting accurately and consistently delivering against target
  • Working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
  • Attending education events, conferences and customer meetings

πŸ† WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' B2B sales experience and a proven track record of delivering against targets.
You could come from:

  • SaaS
  • AI / Technology
  • EdTech / Education
  • IT / Software
  • Consultative B2B Sales

Experience selling into schools, MATs or education groups would be highly advantageous, but it isn't essential.
What matters most is your ability to hunt, create opportunities and close business.
You'll ideally be someone who:

  • Is confident prospecting and opening new accounts
  • Can engage credibly with senior decision-makers
  • Has strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Can manage a consultative sales cycle
  • Takes ownership of their pipeline and results
  • Is commercially driven and proactive
  • Enjoys working in a growing business
  • Can operate independently and make things happen

The business already has an international presence and is continuing to expand across markets including the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
International sales experience is therefore a bonus, particularly if you've sold across different territories.
