Job Title
Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-established training provider delivering a wide range of funded education and skills programmes, including apprenticeships, employability and adult learning. We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team and support the growth of apprenticeship and training opportunities across the Nottingham region.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a confident, target-driven individual with a strong background in sales or business development, who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities with employers.
Benefits
There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a basic salary of up to c£35k, profit sharing, 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus the option to purchase up to 10 extra days via salary sacrifice, a 35-hour working week with 3:30pm Friday finish, retailers and brands, annual travel pass/season ticket loans and hybrid working options.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets
- Demonstrable ability to generate own leads
- Experience within further or higher education advantageous
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and secure new business opportunities through apprenticeship vacancies and upskilling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to maximise engagement and revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employer journey
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality across the organisation
- Proactively plan and deliver sales campaigns using telesales, field sales, networking and social media
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer opportunities to consistently meet targets
