SaaS Sales Account Executive – Medical Device Sector

Location: Remote (UK)

At Greenlight Guru, our leading SaaS platform powers end-to-end product lifecycle excellence for global medical device companies, accelerating the launch of higher-quality, life-saving products. We’re seeking a highly motivated SaaS Sales Account Executive who combines razor-sharp focus, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to drive revenue in the medical device sector.

This position will allow you to work closely with mission-driven companies as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate Quality and Regulatory challenges—from pre-market to post-market.


About the Role

As part of our small yet elite sales team, you’ll leverage your expertise to ensure Greenlight Guru’s cloud-based eQMS platform becomes the go-to solution for clients shaping the future of medicine. Every deal you close directly enhances product quality—and quality of life.


Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Sell eQMS software to medical device companies, with a focus on pre-market and early-stage firms
  • Convert inbound leads into signed commercial agreements through consultations, presentations, and tailored solutions
  • Follow and execute proven sales methodologies with urgency and professionalism
  • Exceed monthly and annual quotas, demonstrating mastery of the value proposition and sales process
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and trade shows to establish industry connections

Market & Team Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of target markets, regulatory trends, and industry competitors
  • Act as an insider with medical device manufacturers, uncovering needs for Quality and Regulatory compliance solutions

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in the medical device sector (selling, consulting, QA, or regulatory support)
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS software sales experience
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, including:
    • FDA compliance, MDR (Medical Device Regulation), ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11
    • Pre- and post-market challenges (clinical validation, design controls, post-market surveillance)

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional communication (written/oral) to facilitate complex discussions,
    demos, and negotiations—both remote and in-person
  • Strong sales acumen in navigating long, high-touch cycles (4-12 months typically)
  • Ability to discover pain points, craft solutions, and overcome objections
  • Collaborative yet self-directed mindset, capable of challenging ideas while embracing feedback
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Excellent business acumen in evaluating technology ROI

Technical & Logistical Fit

  • Degree preferred, though equivalent practical experience may be considered
  • Willingness to engage with technical product, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other sales professionals
  • Ability to thrive in a remote sales environment with self-driven work habits
