About Spiko

Spiko is a Paris-based fintech licensed by the French ACPR as a MiFID investment firm, offering regulated tokenized money market funds to businesses and individuals. Its products invest in treasury bills from core Eurozone countries or use collateralized total return swaps with Tier 1 banks to deliver daily interest. Fund shares are issued as ERC-20 tokens on public blockchains including Ethereum, Stellar, Arbitrum, and Polygon, enabling 24/7 transfers and API access. Spiko acts as transfer agent, tokenization platform, and broker. Products are supervised by the French AMF.

About The Role

You will drive the growth of the embedded finance offering by owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and deal structuring to long-term account management and distributor partnerships. You will build strategic fintech partnerships across Europe, run complex product and regulatory sales processes autonomously, and represent the company at top-tier fintech conferences and events. As the business scales, you will help build and mentor the sales team.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record
  • Embedded finance or API product expertise
  • Technical curiosity and ability to understand product and regulatory details
  • Strong knowledge of the European fintech landscape and an active network
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Entrepreneurial and execution-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the MiFID regulatory framework
  • Experience selling to or from a London-based fintech hub
  • Additional European language such as French, German or Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execute the full sales cycle for the embedded product
  • Run technically complex sales processes autonomously, covering product and regulatory nuances
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate market and partner feedback into roadmap priorities
  • Work with the compliance team to navigate regulatory requirements and deliver integrated solutions
  • Represent the company at top-tier fintech conferences and events across Europe
  • Build and mentor the sales function as the business scales
