The Role

This is a hands-on Account Executive role accountable for winning new customers for Evotix's environment, health and safety, and operational risk software within a defined EMEA territory.

You will own your territory, build and progress a high-quality pipeline, lead sales campaigns, and close multi-year subscription agreements. Success will require a strong new business mindset, disciplined account planning, credible executive engagement, and reliable forecasting.

You will work closely with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Bids and Tenders, Professional Services, and regional sales leadership, ensuring each successful sale moves smoothly into implementation, account management, and support.

What You'll Do

Territory, Pipeline & New Business

  • Build and execute a focused territory plan, balancing both short and long-term objectives for your territory and Evotix.
  • Create your own pipeline through disciplined prospecting, account development, networking, referrals, and effective use of Evotix sales technology.
  • Qualify and progress opportunities using the Sales playbook and agreed sales methodology, maintaining clear next steps and commercial momentum.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales campaigns from first engagement through negotiation and close.

Commercial & Executive Selling

  • Deliver compelling presentations and business cases that connect Evotix’s differentiation to each customer’s operational and commercial priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and leaders across safety, compliance, operations, technology, and procurement.
  • Translate software capabilities into a clear customer value case and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own high-quality responses to requests for information and proposals for well-qualified opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
