Role Overview

You will provide structured sales and administrative support to Sales Account Managers, helping to ensure customer activity is accurate, timely, and well coordinated. The role plays an important part in supporting day-to-day transactional sales activity, including tender creation, pricing and renewal administration, customer queries, reporting, and CRM management. By providing accurate information and effective internal follow-up, you enable Sales Account Managers to focus on customer relationships, commercial activity, and account delivery.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and wider internal teams to keep customer activity moving efficiently and ensure a consistent level of service. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and sales data, supporting compliance with GDPR, Information Security, and internal sales processes, and ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly and escalated where appropriate.

Contract Type

This is a Fixed Term contract/Secondment opportunity until 31/10/2027.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience supporting tenders, sales activities, pricing renewals, rate setting, or comparable commercial administration;
  • Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate customer information, data, and records;
  • Experience handling customer queries and producing, checking, and sending customer reports;
  • Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to checking information and managing multiple priorities effectively;
  • Clear communication and collaborative working skills, with an awareness of GDPR, information security, and the importance of careful customer data handling.

Hybrid Working

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
