About the Role

We're looking for our Account Executive to help grow Voxshell's customer base across Europe.

You'll work directly with the founders to identify new opportunities, qualify leads, run product demonstrations, manage customer evaluations, and support commercial discussions. As one of our earliest commercial hires, you'll help shape our sales process while building long-term relationships with engineering teams across aerospace, automotive, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience who wants to develop a career in technical enterprise software sales within an ambitious AI and engineering software startup.

Company Description

We are a next generation CAE software company. Our launch product is ChopMesh — the only meshing-and-automation toolchain purpose-built for implicit geometry. We are entering the multi-$bn market opportunity created by the rapid emergence of new software approaches to designing, simulating and manufacturing complex parts, that utilise additive manufacturing as well as conventional techniques. The parts cover multiple industries, with rapid early adoption in sectors including aerospace.

Voxshell’s initial product, that is already shipping, solves a critical customer requirement within the CAD and CAE workflow, by automating mesh generation for signed distance functions, lattices, and topology-optimised structures that existing solutions are unable to deal with effectively, or in many cases, at all. Chopmesh cuts existing process approaches from days to minutes, removing wasteful manual intervention and natively delivering optimised results true to the original implicit design intent.

Role Description

You will join Voxshell's growing commercial team, playing an important role as we expand our customer base and scale our go-to-market strategy across the UK and Europe. Working alongside experienced commercial and technical colleagues, you'll help identify new opportunities, engage with prospective customers, and support the successful adoption of ChopMesh.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
