Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

Harvey is the AI platform trusted by the world's leading law firms and corporate legal teams, and one of the fastest-growing companies in AI. Now we're bringing that to asset management — and this role owns it. We're building the team that will define how the world's leading asset managers, private equity firms, and institutional funds adopt AI. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a new vertical — we're still proving out this motion, which means the person who joins will help write the playbook.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a named account list across asset management — private equity, venture, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, and institutional allocators (LPs) — and own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contracting and expansion.
  • Build and manage senior relationships across each firm's legal, compliance, and investment teams — typically anchored by a GC, CLO, or CCO — expanding into portfolio-company counsel over time. Understand how decisions get made in these organizations and navigate accordingly.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded deals with stakeholders ranging from managing directors and general partners to day-to-day legal and compliance users — translating Harvey's AI capabilities into language that resonates with financial buyers.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to stay current on Harvey's capabilities and shape solutions around how asset managers actually work — contract review, due diligence, portfolio company support, regulatory workflows.
  • Conduct tailored demos and presentations that connect Harvey's product directly to the workflows and pain points specific to financial services buyers.
  • Document what works. This team is building the asset management playbook from scratch, and your learnings will directly shape how we scale the motion.

What You Have

  • Experience selling complex software or professional services into financial services (ideally asset management, private equity, or institutional funds). You understand how these firms are structured and how buying decisions get made.
  • Proven ability to run a global or named account relationship — you've been the person a firm calls, not just the person who closes a deal and moves on. Ideally you've navigated a fund relationship or portfolio company motion.
  • Background in enterprise software sales, management consulting, or a combination — we're intentionally mixing profiles on this team. If you've unlocked a major financial services account or come from a firm that advises these organizations, we want to talk to you.
  • Comfortable operating in a motion that's still being defined. You're a builder who can prospect independently, iterate on messaging, and contribute to the team's collective learning.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it applies to knowledge-intensive work. You don't need a legal background, but you should be excited about what Harvey is doing and motivated to develop real fluency in the space.
